The Athlete Wellness Program is our commitment to Park County school sports. Designed to improve each athlete’s ability to train and compete, the program provides free sports physicals each summer on specific days to Park County student athletes. The program also includes free visits to a physical therapist and a member of the orthopedic team to take action on injuries received during a school sports practice/game.

The Athlete Wellness Program services include:

• Good to Go teen check-ups that provide a 30-minute visit, including a thorough physical evaluation, vision exam, growth check, and education with a healthcare provider to prepare teens for summer activities, school sports, and life. These exams are provided a discounted rate to families in Park County.
• Two free physical therapy visits for injury received during school sports practice/game (includes consultation and evaluation)
• Free orthopedic examination for injury received during school sports practice/game (does not include the cost of diagnostic imaging services such as X-ray or MRI)
