The annual Fall Health Festival, an event that provides health screenings and health information for the entire family.
Low cost Health Screens, or blood profiles, that check for diabetes and measure thyroid function, kidneys, liver, cholesterol, and more.
Ready, Set, Grow!, which is a program for children birth-5 years old children that assesses readiness for learning and life.
Good to Go teen check-ups provide a 30-minute visit that includes a thorough physical evaluation, vision exam, growth check, and education with a healthcare provider to prepare teens for summer activities, school sports, and life. These exams are provided a discounted rate to families in Park County.
