Colorectal Cancer Screening

Colorectal cancer is the second leading cancer killer in the U.S. for both men and women combined, but when diagnosed early, 90% of colorectal cancers are completely curable. The best way to prevent colorectal cancer is through routine screening, starting at age 50 for men and women of average risk. Because colon cancer develops so slowly, regular screening can save your life. There are several screening methods, including the colonoscopy.
