Provider Bio
Dr. Christopher Spromberg was raised in a small mill town in the beautiful PNW, but didn’t find his passion for psychology and exploring the great outdoors until later in life. He completed his bachelors degree majoring in psychology with a minor in sociology from Portland State University. He then worked in the field at an adolescent inpatient facility and an adult psychiatric hospital for a few years before returning to school. Dr. Spromberg completed his dissertation exploring the physical relationship between masculinity and shame and earned his doctorate degree in clinical psychology from George Fox University in 2019.
Clinically, he focuses on short term, goal-focused, interpersonal therapy and divides his time between seeing patients at Livingston HealthCare and Ranger Clinic, located inside Livingston’s Park High. How Dr. Spromberg describes his work, "I truly value getting to be a source of support, encouragement, insight, and motivation for my patients in many different ways. I value their voice and feel that being seen, heard, and known by another in what can oftentimes be vulnerable ways can be so valuable and transformative."
