We emphasize continuity and coordination of care with necessary specialists, medical social workers, and community resources. Services We Offer

Family medicine services offered at Shields Valley Clinic include:

• Acute care for short-term illness
• Annual health evaluations
• Diabetes management
• Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals
• Flu Shots, allergy injections, and immunizations
• Joint injections for chronic conditions
• Lab services, provided four days a week
• Newborn and well-child care
• Sexually-transmitted disease (STD) screening
• Treatment for long-term medical conditions including diabetes and high blood pressure
• Treatment for minor injuries such as lacerations and sprains
• Women's Services including cervical cancer screening/Pap smear, breast and pelvic exams

Our hours of operation are from:
Monday to Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM

Please note that Shields Valley Clinic is closed on the following dates:

Tuesdays: September 17, October 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29, 2024
Thursdays: September 26 and October 10, 2024
